What our customers say about us:
Fresh Harvest was such a delicious and memorable part of our visit to Eureka Springs! We loved the individual tastings of their gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Everything was so good that choosing favorites felt nearly impossible—so we ended up taking home most of what we tried!
The staff were incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to teach us about quality olive oil and share ideas for cooking and making our own salad dressings. We left with wonderful products and plenty of inspiration to put them to use in our kitchen.
The care and personal attention made this so much more than a shopping stop. It was a fun, welcoming experience and a perfect example of the unique local businesses that make Eureka Springs so special. Absolutely worth a visit—just leave a little extra room in your bags!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (evoo) and balsamic tasting tours from friendly and knowledgeable staff - super fun and informative - This store sells fresh extra virgin olive oil with crush dates, rotating hemisphere varietals, high polyphenol content (the stuff that gives the health benefits) plus a range of milder and infused olive oils - (fresh evoo gives that nice peppery burn in the back of the throat -thats how you know it is good for you) ... I started reading about the health benefits of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil .. just can't get this in supermarkets - most supermarkets sell old olive oils or blended oils that have lost their potency.... thank goodness we have Fresh Harvest stores in Rogers and Eureka Springs AR...highly recommend!
My husband and I popped in here when we happened to be walking by it and it was such a wonderful experience. I could go on and on about Pauline (and I will). Not only is she welcoming and lovely, she's also very knowledgeable. She led us through tastings and suggested pairings we would not have thought of otherwise. Her creativity and passion for cooking was evident in our conversations and we ended up spending a while here just tasting, talking, and enjoying ourselves. We love to cook and it was so fun chatting with Pauline! She inspired some new ideas for us for the holidays and instead of being sad that our road trip was coming to an end, we were excited to get home to use our new oils and balsamics. As soon as I got to the car, I opened a balsamic to add to my grab & go salad I bought next door -- delicious! We had a nice kitchen in the next place we stayed and we made a fantastic pasta with the olive & sundried tomato mix we purchased here, because we didn't want to wait to get home to start using all the goods. We meant to take a photo to send to Pauline, but it was so good we dug right in and forgot! We are home now and have been using our olive oil regularly. It's the real deal, not the junk you usually get at the grocery store now that's mixed with all types of things. You can absolutely smell & taste the difference. They also ship, so we will be purchasing again for gifts and ourselves! Thank you for the fun & inspiration, Pauline -- it was a treat to meet you!
