Description

We combine 12 and 18-year-old Modena Balsamic with 100% pure maple syrup produced at a small family farm in Vermont.  This balsamic is outrageously delicious!  Pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, dressing, marinades, chocolate, cake, and fruit.  Add to Baked Beans or BBQ Sauce. Mix with spicy Dijon mustard to glaze a ham. Serve over ice cream! Made a reduction for yams, sweet potatoes, pecan pie, and on and on!!
