Our Fresh Harvest Harissa ultra-premium olive oil is made with all organic ingredients: smoked chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander, saffron, and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to fuse flavors. This organic paste is then infused into our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil under vacuum pressure for six hours and decanted. Great for sautéing, frying, drizzling, BBQ, bread dipping, finishing, and marinades.
