Medium Intensity – Produced in early May, this early harvest Arbequina displays a creamy mouth feel and a nice pungent finish. Notes include savory artichoke and fresh cut grass. Lingering spiciness.
Mild Intensity – This delicate Arbosana is sweet and fruity with a creamy mouth feel. Flavor notes include green almond and banana. More pungent than bitter, this mild oil is very balanced.
Robust Intensity – A moderately pungent example of Manzanillo. The fruit was hand picked very green producing a fantastic balance between sweet fruit aromas with green tropical fruits of melon and grass.
Robust Intensity – This is a high-antoioxidant/robust olive oil, but it’s smooth like a mild intensity EVOO! Loaded with desirable pungency and herbaceous flavors, this fine Picholine displays green olive, savory herb & vegetal qualities. Desirable spice & lingering pepper. Also super Fruity!
Robust Intensity – Produced by Boort Estate in Victoria (one of the world’s largest single estate olive groves), this family reserve is an aromatic example of early harvest Picual displays complex flavors of green tomato and stone fruit. Very high in antioxidants!
Medium Intensity – An extremely complex Picual with notes of tomato, green apple, green banana and fresh cut grass. Very fruity with a pleasant pepper finish. This is a crowd pleaser!
