This privacy policy is presented in plain and understandable language. Fresh Harvest values you and we will not present a tangled web of lawyer-speak to protect ourselves from our own icky actions. We have a motto of “do no evil”, and among many other things we value our clients and their privacy. In fact, our clients are the reason we are in business, which is something too many corporations and mega-conglomerate, bean-counting and careless executives have forgotten over the years – clients matter!

Our website collects your information for the purposes of selling and shipping you our products. Our website keeps your profile and order history for your convenience. If you don’t want to create a profile you can always check out as a guest. Our processing agent, Authorize.net, collects and processes your credit card transaction using the highest level of ecommerce processing available. Fresh Harvest does not get your full credit card number from Authorize.net, therefore we do not keep records of credit card numbers; and we do not sell, trade or share ANY of your personal information for any reason.

We do send emails with recipes, new products and news (usually 1-2 times a month) to our clients. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time with a link at the bottom of any of our emails.
